About Melissa
Melissa is a stay-at-home mom who was born and raised on Long Island, NY. After living in NYC for the first few years of her marriage, she relocated with her husband in 2005 to Fairfield County, CT, where she is raising two small children.
She has been making jewelry as a hobby, on and off for 20 years and has recently made it more of a full-time job. People were constantly inquiring about the jewelry she made for herself, which led her to selling the necklaces off her own neck; in playgrounds, hair salons, supermarkets, and preschool parking lots.
Melissa frequents antique stores, flea markets, and consignment shops handpicking every piece. Each of her designs is carefully and thoughtfully made, as if she were making it for herself. The demand for her designs has put her back in business and lead her to launch this website.
